¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Participar en el desarrollo o gestión de cambios de proyectos tecnológicos, desarrollando entregable requeridos y haciendo seguimiento bajo el framework SCRUM.
  • Realizar relevamiento y mejora de procesos bajo enfoque de Lean. 
  • Desarrollar Especificaciones Funcionales de cambios o desarrollo de sistemas.
  • Generar eficiencia a través de propuestas de automatización de procesos.
  • Realizar mejoras y formalizar los procedimientos de Soporte y Mantenimiento.
  • Velar por la operatividad del parque de procesos automatizados con RPA y Power Platform (soporte a Incidentes y Requerimientos)
  • Diseñar y presentar indicadores de gestión referente a la implementación de los proyectos técnologicos a cargo.
  • Implementar automatizaciones en herramientas low code

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Bachiller/Egresado de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Industrial o afines
  • Contar con 1 año de experiencia en posiciones similares como practicante o asistente
  • Contar con conocimientos en: 
    • Análisis y gestión de procesos
    • Metodologías ágiles (Scrum)
    • Metodología Lean
    • Gestión de proyectos
    • Conocimientos en algún lenguaje de programación
    • Conocimiento comprobado de herramientas Low Code como RPA, Power Platform, IA
    • Inglés intermedio
    • Excel avanzado
