Technical Sales Manager
to lead its technical efforts while driving business development.
This is a key technical role that requires strong agronomic knowledge and hands-on experience in crop protection products, paired with the ability to support and influence commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership:
Develop and implement technical positioning strategies for the product portfolio across Peru and the Andean region. - Product Launch Support:
Guide product registrations and pre-commercial testing with a scientific, evidence-based approach. - Field Trials:
Design, manage, and evaluate agronomic trials; validate performance and provide data-driven insights. - Technical Training & Support:
Deliver in-depth technical training to internal teams, distributors, and growers on crop protection and nutrition best practices. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Liaise with regulatory, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance in product documentation. - Market Intelligence:
Support sales teams by translating agronomic insights into actionable commercial strategies and identifying market needs and opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related field; Master's in Plant Science or Crop Protection is a strong plus. - Experience:
At least 8 years of
technical and field experience
in crop protection/agronomy, ideally combined with commercial exposure. - Technical Competency:
Strong understanding of crop protection products, trial design, and agronomic application methods. - Communication Skills:
Excellent technical presentation skills, ability to translate complex agronomic data into business-relevant messaging. - Languages:
Fluent in
Spanish and English
(written and spoken). - Other:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); willing to travel regionally and work independently.
