Join us for a 1-year paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges.  Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here) and fun

Responsibilities

  • Support the Distributor Business Manager in managing relationships and negotiations with wholesalers.
  • Develop and analyze promotions for the computing category, ensuring weekly and monthly performance tracking.
  • Support portfolio and pricing management on HP's digital platform, ensuring proper alignment of prices, product visibility, and offers.
  • Plan, monitor, and report on Demand Generation Funds (DGF) allocated to wholesalers.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the volume monitor category through market‑driven strategies that increase brand presence.
  • Prepare and deliver the weekly results newsletter for distributors, communicating key sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on:
    • Sales performance
    • Inventory levels
    • Market share and participation
  • Use Power BI, advanced Excel, and other analytical tools to manage and analyze business data.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and support account follow‑up activities, including retail support when required.
  • Manage business information with accuracy and attention to detail.
Education and Experience Required
  • Enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge (Python is a plus).
  • Strong skills in:
    • Communication
    • Time management
    • Information management
    • Customer interaction
    • Account follow‑up (retail/wholesale)
  • Sales knowledge or interest is a strong advantage.
  • English level: B2.
