En nuestra subsidiaria Inteligo Perú Holdings estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Corporate Strategy Sr Specialist para la Gerencia de Estrategia Corporativa y Desarrollo Comercial.

Objetivo:
Diseñar, implementar, comunicar, gestionar y hacer seguimiento a las actividades relacionadas al Planeamiento Estratégico Corporativo de Inteligo Group y a los modelos de Asesoría Patrimonial de las distintas subsidiarias.

Tu día a día:

  • Explorar insights, diseñar prototipos y desarrollar MVP escalables para fortalecer la propuesta de valor de cada segmento.
  • Analizar y priorizar los temas e issues claves para el negocio y la operativa de Inteligo Group desde el punto de vista de Asesoría y Gestión Comercial. Identificar y comunicar a stakeholders, facilitar la toma de decisiones y coordinar la ejecución de las soluciones.
  • Mantener comunicación y coordinación constante con los equipos comerciales y de asesoría de inversiones, recopilando necesidades del cliente, del ejecutivo y de la organización para mejorar la calidad del servicio y la asesoría.
  • Participar y/o liderra proyectos específicos con relevancia en el Modelo de Asesoría y/o Gestión Comercial: desarrollo de herramientas y soluciones, (re)diseño de modelos de gestión, etc.
  • Participar en la definición del contenido de las sesiones de planeamiento estratégico de Inteligo Group y en la ejecución y control de las actividades a su cargo.

¿Qué buscamos de ti?

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles como Analista Senior de Planeamiento y Gestión Comercial, Especialista en Estrategia Comercial u otras posiciones similares.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Excel.
  • Conocimientos intermedios de SQL (deseable).
  • Inglés a nivel intermedio.
  • Capacidad para elaborar presentaciones efectivas.
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y storytelling.
