AppFolio Staff Accountant (Remote) | Accounts Payable | Property Management

Full-Time | Remote | $10/hr | Mon–Fri | EST Hours

Bay Property Management Group (BMG) is a growing property management company seeking a Remote AppFolio Staff Accountant with strong Accounts Payable experience to support corporate accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable (AP) invoice processing
  • Vendor invoice review and GL coding
  • AppFolio accounting and financial administration
  • Vendor and internal accounting support
  • Financial record maintenance and documentation
  • Late fee management and tenant move-outs in AppFolio
  • Accounting projects and process improvement support

Required Qualifications

  • AppFolio experience (required)
  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
  • Property management accounting experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
