Propósito del puesto

Garantizar que toda la documentación requerida para la ejecución de los servicios de transporte esté completa, conforme a los estándares operativos y a los requisitos del cliente, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos establecidos. Serás un soporte clave en la operación, brindando información oportuna, soluciones en tiempo real y contribuyendo a la optimización de procesos mediante análisis de datos y herramientas tecnológicas.

Responsabilidades

  • Recibir y canalizar los requerimientos de transporte enviados por clientes.

  • Verificar y registrar datos operativos en sistemas (SLS, Drive u otros).

  • Revisar y organizar documentación para retiros y devoluciones (guía de remisión, DAM, permisos, etc.).

  • Gestionar citas en terminales, puertos y depósitos.

  • Asignar resguardo, cuadrillas y servicios complementarios según valor de la carga.

  • Monitorear el transporte, reportando incidentes en tiempo real.

  • Controlar stock y uso de materiales (precintos, equipos, etc.).

  • Emitir reportes e indicadores (KPIs) de desempeño.

  • Analizar incidencias No OTIF y proponer mejoras operativas.

  • Colaborar activamente con las áreas de planificación, ejecución y atención al cliente.

Requisitos

  • Formación académica: Universitaria (Bachiller o Titulado en Logística, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines).

  • Experiencia: mínimo 1 año en posiciones de planificación, control de flota, documentación, analista de procesos o similares.

  • Conocimientos técnicos:

    • MS Office Avanzado

    • Power BI Intermedio

    • Ruteo y planificación logística

    • Herramientas de control y reportes operativos

  • Habilidades clave:

    • Comunicación efectiva y trabajo colaborativo

    • Pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados

    • Atención al detalle y manejo bajo presión

    • Proactividad y autonomía
