Sales Representative

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:

Desarrollar y gestionar las cuentas directas e indirectas del territorio asignado, impulsando el crecimiento comercial mediante la prospección de nuevos clientes, la fidelización de la cartera existente y la entrega de un servicio técnico–comercial especializado para clientes del segmento industrial.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

Administrar la cartera de clientes y prospectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Realizar visitas comerciales y dar seguimiento continuo a los clientes asignados.Elaborar proyecciones de venta y cumplir con los KPIs del área.Mantener actualizada la información comercial en el CRM.Desarrollar planes comerciales por territorio y cliente.Brindar asesoría técnica y coordinar pruebas de producto con el área técnica.Analizar el mercado y la competencia para identificar oportunidades comerciales.

REQUISITOS:

Formación universitaria en Ingeniería o carreras afines.Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones comerciales, preferentemente en entornos industriales.Experiencia en desarrollo de negocios y gestión de cartera de clientes.Conocimiento de finanzas básicas, logística y manejo de presupuestos.Manejo de herramientas de Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) y sistemas CRM.Deseable certificación NACE.Deseable formación complementaria (diplomados o maestría en el ámbito comercial).Inglés intermedio (deseable).Disponibilidad para viajar y contar con movilización propia.
