We are looking for a proactive and organized IT System Administrator to manage the company's computer systems and ensure the proper functioning of access, devices, networks, licenses, and security measures. This role is key to maintaining operational efficiency, protecting information, and providing technical support to employees.

Main Responsibilities

Account and Access Management

  • Create and manage user accounts on platforms such as MS Office 365, ClickUp, 1Password, Figma, Adobe, AWS, among others.
  • Assign or modify access and permissions according to specific team roles and needs.
  • Deactivate or delete accounts of users who no longer belong to the organization.
  • Perform periodic audits to validate user access and roles.
  • Verify and ensure the implementation of MFA (multi-factor authentication) on all critical systems.

Technical Support

  • Resolve technical incidents reported by users (hardware, software, network, access).
  • Provide support in configuring and resolving connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Prepare, configure, and document new corporate devices (laptops, PCs, smartphones).
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of device allocation and status.

Systems and License Management

  • Verify and ensure the validity of payments for all systems and services used by the company.
  • Manage software licenses, ensuring their efficient allocation and proper use.
  • Apply basic security configurations (firewalls, antivirus, disk encryption).

Security and Compliance

  • Perform security audits on critical systems.
  • Monitor and report suspicious or unauthorized activities.
  • Document key processes for end users related to systems and device use.
  • Communicate changes, updates, or incidents that affect corporate systems in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Experience and Technical Knowledge

  • 6+ years of experience as a Sysadmin, IT Support, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms such as Office 365, AWS, 1Password, Figma, etc.
  • Experience in technical support for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of network configuration (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Good command of security tools (MFA, antivirus, firewalls, encryption).

Personal Skills

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems independently.
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical users.
  • Proactive mindset in identifying and solving security or IT risks.

Desirable

  • IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
  • Experience documenting processes or technical manuals.
  • Advanced English.
