Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Materials Testing Technician located in Cajamarca, Peru. The Materials Testing Technician will be responsible for performing quality control tests, analyzing materials and samples, and accurately documenting results in a laboratory setting. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, ensure compliance with testing standards, and support production processes by providing detailed technical insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control methods and standards
• Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
• Competence in Laboratory Skills, including handling, testing, and maintaining laboratory equipment
• Effective Communication skills for reporting data and collaborating with team members
• Attention to detail and accuracy in testing and reporting
• Ability to comply with safety protocols and maintain organized records
• Experience in materials testing or a related field is a plus
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in chemistry, materials science, or a related field is advantageous
