Your role at Clorox:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for the development/customization of Peru´s strategy, plan development and execution for the brands under his/her responsibility. This includes leading Peru´s business understanding/diagnosis including tracking of key fundamentals, management of key brand/innovation projects together with multi-functional counterparts, A&SP budget management, and providing support to planning and forecasting processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Analysis and diagnosis of key drivers for the categories under responsibility.
  • Development, execution and tracking of demand creation plans aligned to brand strategies, working closely with regional Studios and Peru´s multi-functional resources as needed.
  • Implementation of regional innovation/PPA initiatives, and development of local initiatives (as needed) ensuring on time launches and flawless execution.
  • A&SP budget management: Meet quarterly and yearly investment targets. Ensure timely delivery of accruals, reversals and invoices to F&A.
  • Actively participate and support business planning processes thought the FY: S&OP, Quarterly Updates, Budget, LRP.

What we look for:

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales (FMCG preferred).
  • 3+ years in Brand Management.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and results oriented.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of the Peruvian market.
  • Fluent English & Spanish (required).
