Our client is a fast-growing property management firm looking for a Marketing Assistant who can keep their marketing engine running smoothly every day. If you enjoy creating content, organizing schedules, and making sure everything goes out on time, this role is a perfect fit.

What You'll Do

Create and repurpose marketing content

Use Canva to design graphics, flyers, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Support listing management

Update and maintain property listings on and other rental platforms.

Run day-to-day social media tasks

Schedule posts, update content, and keep Facebook and Instagram active and aligned with the brand.

Keep the brand consistent

Make sure all materials follow brand guidelines and are published accurately.

Track engagement

Monitor basic interactions on social media and respond to simple inquiries when needed.

Stay organized with a content calendar

Plan out posts, campaigns, and updates so everything goes out on schedule.

What You Bring

• Basic marketing skills and familiarity with property management marketing
• Proficiency in Canva for creating clean, appealing graphics
• Experience updating websites and property listings
• Working knowledge of social media scheduling and posting
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Clear written and verbal communication
