Our firm is seeking a Personal Injury Medical Lien Negotiator to manage and negotiate medical liens on behalf of clients. Most of our clients are Hispanic; therefore, bilingual Spanish–English proficiency is required. Candidates will communicate frequently with U.S.-based medical providers and lien administrators and must be comfortable interacting with clients who often request updates regarding financial outcomes. This role may involve administrative tasks, negotiation administrative work, and coordination related to lien settlement processes. Experience in negotiation, sales, or similar fields is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate medical bills and lien balances on behalf of personal injury clients.
• Obtain written settlement agreements from medical groups, hospitals, chiropractors, surgery centers, and third-party lien administrators.
• Conduct outbound calls and send emails to medical offices in the United States.
• Manage follow-up communications related to compensation expectations, timelines, and the status of client disbursements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, administrative tracking, and correspondence related to lien negotiations.
• During low seasons with providers, increase communication with clients (primarily in Spanish) to update them regarding the status of their settlement funds and timelines.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at C1 level.
• 1–2 years of experience in negotiation (medical lien, Collections, Billing legal, sales others).
• Proven administrative and negotiation experience; ability to manage documentation and follow structured settlement workflows.
• Sales-oriented communication skills; diligent, organized, and detail-focused.(Collections preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
• Must be bilingual (English–Spanish) due to client demographic and U.S. provider interactions.
