Job Description
We are looking for a
Senior Backend Developer
with experience in microservices-based architecture using
SpringBoot
. The role involves the
design and development of technical backend solutions
based on the product requirements defined by the Product Owner, ensuring software quality and timely delivery in line with the bank's corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend solutions for applications/products.
• Actively work on optimizing and improving software development processes.
• Implement relevant alerts and metrics to monitor the performance of solutions.
• Collaborate in the technical design of solutions, ensuring alignment with SCIB's reference architecture framework.
• Ensure high-quality software, both in maintenance and new developments.
• Implement software quality and security controls.
• Collaborate in the execution and follow-up of agile development methodologies.
• Define best practices in development, automated testing, and deployment processes.

Qualifications
Required Experience:

• Minimum
  5 years of experience
  in backend application development.
• Proven experience in backend architecture using
  SpringBoot
  and
  Event-Driven Architecture
  , ensuring adherence to SGT's software quality and security standards.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of:

Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, Kafka, Functional Programming, Java (8–11), S3, Oracle, OpenShift, GitHub, Jenkins, UrbanCode, Grafana, Prometheus, Sonar, Kiuwan, Testing
.

Functional Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of
  transactional banking
  .
• Experience working with
  Agile methodologies
  .

Emerging Technologies:

• Experience with
  APIConnect
  and
  API development
  , with a focus on
  high-volume and low-latency performance
  .
