En Roche Pharma, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) basado en Lima, Perú; quien actúa como un asesor del negocio, facilitando el proceso de toma de decisión de inversiones, promoviendo un mindset de priorización y foco en el impacto para el logro de nuestras ambiciones financieras.
La oportunidad:
Asegurar que los insights financieros y de negocio estén disponibles para stakeholders internos y/o externos
Liderar proceso de planificación financiera, y alineamiento del mismo con los Outcomes organizacionales
Lidera los procesos de cierre y reporting financieros, velando por la integridad de la información transmitida a HQs
"Guardián" del performance Financiero de la Afiliada
Colaboración directa con los roles de Negocio responsables por las funciones de Value Proposition, HTA & Pricing en el desarrollo de nuevos Revenue / Business
Colaboración directa con rol responsable por la función de Business Intelligence, a fin de democratizar los insights del mercado y trasladarlos en un formato que habilite accionables
Interacción frecuente con stakeholders externos para facilitar la identificación de oportunidades de colaboración y desarrollo de esquemas financieras que habiliten el acceso de los pacientes a nuestras soluciones
Activo involucramiento con redes globales, buscando la colaboración, simplificación e implementación de soluciones o buenas prácticas, bajo el concepto de "steal with pride"
Asegurar el cumplimiento de actividades y procesos contables, alineados a controles corporativos y estatutarios, a través de una cercana colaboración con el rol de CCA (Country Chief Accountant)
Asegurar las evidencias correspondientes a la adecuada realización de los controles ICFR bajo su responsabilidad
Contrato con plazo determinado a 1 año.
Quien eres:
Educación: Egresado en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Economía, Ing. Industrial es requerido. MBA o Postgrado en Finanzas (deseable).
Conocimientos específicos: Análisis y Reporte Financiero, Contabilidad, Business Intelligence,
inglés intermedio/ avanzado.
Experiencia profesional: 2+ años en funciones de Business Partnering y/o análisis financiero
Herramientas Informáticas: Excel Avanzado; SAP (Deseable)
