Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Psychoeducational Tutor (Tutor Psicoeducativo Jr.) based in Lima, with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves guiding and supporting students' educational processes, including monitoring academic progress and providing individualized interventions as needed. The Tutor will also collaborate with educators, families, and other relevant parties to foster student success. Regular reporting and documentation will form an essential part of day-to-day responsibilities, as well as implementing psychoeducational strategies to address students' academic and emotional challenges.

Qualifications

• Academic background or experience in Psychology, Education, or a similar field.
• Skills in academic monitoring, student assessment, and creating tailored intervention plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and professionals.
• Organizational and documentation skills to prepare reports and performance records.
• Problem-solving capabilities and a deep understanding of psychoeducational approaches.
• Experience with hybrid work environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and motivational strategies beneficial.
• A passion for education and student development, with the ability to adapt to individual needs.
