As an After sales Sr.Analyst, he or she will be responsible for the analysis of information focused on business to have continuous improvement thanks to the timely information generated by the knowledge that enriches decision-making. You will support Latam with structural and strategic projects in the after sales area, also support with monthly business reviews, rhythm process, tools, oversee guaranties information and financial dashboard ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our internal operations and processes, helping to maximize revenue and profitability.

Specific Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Understand and maximize the value of data and how it fits into the overall strategy of the organization.
  • Standardize process, formats, data, reports, at LATAM level.
  • Generate reports & dashboards that's provide a clear view of the organization for decision making.
  • Drive continuous improvements in the after-sales process and best practices. This includes forecasting warranty usage trends and ensuring data accuracy. Measures equipment efficiency in terms of metrics, productivity, and service costs.
  • Coordinates the development and maintenance of centralized after-sales resources, management of contractual processes, and warranty/client distribution lists (commercial contracts that include an after-sales section and align them with department policies).
  • Map After sales process flows at the LATAM level.
  • Ensures that all after-sales Latam services are performed in compliance with company policies.
  • Enforce after sales policies and procedures, including new master or service centers.
  • Take ownership of various operational tasks, including after sales support activities.
  • Analyze after sales data, service centers and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage of Ariba, Salesforce, SAP systems, and power automate.
  • Utilize Power BI to design and develop dashboards, scorecards and interactive reports.
  • Analyzing statistical information that allows you to have a strategic vision, reduces risk.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • Familiarity with after sales processes and tools.
  • Experience with after sales automatization to drive cost to serve.
  • 2+ years of experience with languages BI Tools (Power BI), DAX language building complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with Power Automate.
  • Advanced Excel is a must (VBA, Power Pivot, Power Query).
  • Handling artificial intelligence is a plus
  • Advance English is requiered

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience translating business requirements to BI dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with dimensional data models and building ETL (Extract – Transform – Load) process.
  • Data Analytics, Cognitive, New technologies, as well as a thorough understanding of databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organized, focused and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong team player.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Language requirements: Spanish, English.
  • Travel requirements: LATAM (occasionally)
