CATEGORY MANAGER
con el siguiente perfil:

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing o afines.
  • Diplomado/Curso en Gestión de compras
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en retail o en roles relacionados.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en desarrollo de producto, negociación en cuanto a compra y liderando campañas comerciales
  • Indispensable experiencia en compra y desarrollo de productos de belleza, perfumería, accesorios, Joyería/Bisutería, entre otros.
  • Nivel de ingles intermedio-avanzado.

Funciones:

  • Identificar y proponer proyectos o iniciativas de mejora de las principales categorías: Belleza, Joyería/Bisuteria y accesorios
  • Analizar y evaluar proveedores nacionales e internacionales con la finalidad de generar nuevas alternativas de abastecimiento y negociar con estos las condiciones de precios, cantidad, calidad y condiciones de pago de los productos.
  • Definir precios de ventas y promociones de los productos de acuerdo al formato y segmento, así como en base a la información proporcionada por el Análisis Comercial, Marketing y comportamiento de la competencia.
  • Implementar beneficios de nuevos productos de las categorías a su cargo, en su proceso de captación y retención como estrategia de valor hacia el producto y clientes.
  • Desarrollar estudios de rentabilidad, factibilidad y competitividad de productos, servicios, promociones y beneficios de las categorías a su cargo.
  • Realizar visitas a las tiendas de manera regular asegurándose del abastecimiento de los productos de la categorías, evaluar niveles de stocks de mercadería.
  • Realizar semanalmente la proyección del cierre de mes de las categorías a su cargo.
