Tu rol y responsabilidades

En este puesto, tendrás la oportunidad de actuar como autoridad de diseño dentro de una disciplina de ingeniería de baja a mediana complejidad. Cada día, completarás asignaciones en proyectos pequeños o en partes específicas de proyectos de mayor envergadura, garantizando una ejecución eficiente y rentable.

Asimismo, demostrarás tu experiencia aplicando conceptos de pensamiento de diseño (design thinking) y diseño para la excelencia (design for excellence) en los proyectos asignados.

Modelo de trabajo para el puesto: Híbrido

Este puesto contribuye al Área de Automatización de Procesos (Process Automation Business Area) en Lima, Perú.

Serás principalmente responsable de:

  • Evaluar, seleccionar y aplicar técnicas y procedimientos estándar para realizar tareas de ingeniería.
  • Brindar soporte técnico en actividades de pruebas, instalación y puesta en marcha.
  • Asistir en la preparación de propuestas y presentaciones de proyectos de ingeniería.
  • Utilizar listas de verificación (checklists) para ejecutar la verificación de diseños, conforme a las normas aplicables y las directrices de ingeniería.

Requisitos para el puesto

  • Cuentas con un título universitario en Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica o carreras afines, que respalda una base sólida en principios de automatización y sistemas de control.
  • Cuentas con entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en el campo de la ingeniería de automatización
  • Estás involucrado activamente en el desarrollo e implementación de sistemas de control y automatización industrial dentro del sector minero, y disfrutas trabajar con tecnologías avanzadas de automatización, protocolos de comunicación industrial , PLC y DSC.
  • Se valorará especialmente el conocimiento o experiencia en ciberseguridad, inteligencia artificial, digitalización y control avanzado de procesos (APC).
  • Posees disponibilidad para viajar y participar en proyectos tanto en campo como en oficina
  • Tienes un nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado (indispensable), lo que te permite comunicarte con fluidez en entornos técnicos y multidisciplinarios.
