We're a U.S.-based property management company looking for a Bilingual Billing & Collections Coordinator who can balance empathy with professionalism. You'll be the friendly yet firm voice guiding tenants through payment reminders, following up on rent, and keeping financial records accurate and organized.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to connect with people in both English and Spanish, while staying detail-focused and dependable in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with tenants regarding rent and payment status.
  • Strike the balance: personable and approachable, yet professional and firm enough to secure timely payments.
  • Accurately complete data entry tasks.
  • Keep records updated and organized in Excel spreadsheets and Google Sheets.
  • Process orders and handle collection-related tasks on time.
  • Work with Rent Manager or similar property management/collections software (experience in Rent Manager is a plus).

What You Bring

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
  • Prior experience in collections, customer service, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication skills—you can build rapport while maintaining authority.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data entry skills.
  • Experience using Rent Manager or similar software (preferred).
