BUSCAMOS RESIDENTE DE OBRA – CAJAMARCA | Inicio en Diciembre

Estamos seleccionando un Residente de Obra Senior para liderar la ejecución de un proyecto de edificación en Cajamarca, con un plazo acelerado de 3 meses (diciembre – febrero).

Perfil Profesional


• Ingeniero Civil colegiado y habilitado.


• 10+ años de experiencia como Residente en obras de edificación.


• Experiencia en estructuras, ampliaciones y proyectos con múltiples especialidades.


• Sólido manejo de programación, control de obra, calidad y seguridad.


• Liderazgo para coordinar equipos y subcontratas.


• Capacidad para gestionar comunicación directa con clientes y supervisión.

• Ejecución en temporada de lluvias → protección de vaciados, toldeos y ventanas climáticas

• Cronograma exigente → toma de decisiones rápida y orden operativo
