Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping medical and dental businesses grow through comprehensive digital solutions. They transform websites into lead-generating assets while building brand awareness through SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly strategic Paid Ads Manager to join our client's remote performance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns within a digital marketing agency handling multiple accounts.
This role requires deep platform knowledge, a track record of delivering profitable campaigns, and the ability to lead or mentor a team. You'll be expected to own campaign performance, develop media plans, optimize at scale, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive client success.
What you'll be doing:
Manage and optimize end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) across multiple accounts.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and ongoing performance analysis.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ads.
Maintain and report on budgets, forecasts, and campaign ROAS.
Analyze trends and KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with Account Managers to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals.
Keep up with Google's latest updates, trends, and innovations.
Who are we looking for?
Minimum 6 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.
Proven track record of managing budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, analytics, and funnel strategies.
Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Digital marketing agency experience is required.
Position: Paid Ads Manager
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm MT
