Actualmente nos encontramos en un momento clave para nuestro negocio y estamos buscando a un(a)
People Operations Analyst - Inglés Intermedio
para que se sume al Equipo.

Funciones :

  • Brindar soporte al HR BP en la ejecución de procesos de RRHH (tanto soft y hard).
  • Gestionar la administración de personal: legajos, actualización de bases de datos, asistencias, vacaciones, contratos y licencias.
  • Apoyar en los procesos de reclutamiento, onboarding y offboarding.
  • Ejecutar y dar soporte a encuestas de clima, acciones de cultura y experiencia del colaborador.
  • Apoyar la implementación de programas de capacitación y desarrollo.
  • Apoyar en la implementación y uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial en los procesos del área.
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores básicos de RRHH para la toma de decisiones.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y normativa laboral vigente.

Requisitos:

  • Formación Académica: Profesional en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Comunicaciones, Psicología, entre otras carreras.
  • Inglés Intermedio (será evaluado a través de entrevista)
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años como asistente o 1 año como analista de gestión humana.
  • Deseable experiencia en fintech o banca digital (no excluyente).
  • Curso o Diplomado en Gestión de Recursos Humanos (deseable)
  • Conocimiento en legislación laboral vigente.
  • Manejo de plataformas para diseño para comunicaciones (deseable Canva)
