As an Accounting Analyst Sr., you will support accurate financial reporting, month-end close activities, and financial analysis to enable effective decision-making. You will collaborate across functions, assist audits, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare account reconciliations and support month-end close.
  • Research and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Provide timely financial information to business partners.
  • Support Cost activities and special projects.
  • Prepare audit documentation for internal and external auditors.
  • Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 1+ year of Finance experience.
  • Advanced Excel: SAP preferred (Power BI/Tableau a plus).
  • Knowledge of Local GAAP/IFRS and U.S. GAAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate English; strong communication and teamwork skills.
