What You'll Do

• Set up, operate and monitor equipment used in the machining department 
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. 
• Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools. 
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment. 
• Record product information using an online platform 
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18, or older
• High school diploma, or equivalent required
• Experience in CNC/lathe and at least 1 year in manufacturing preferred 
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as fixing machinery and standing for long periods of time. 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is a must, and be able to read and write in English. 
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting. 
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
