- Turn customers frowns upside down and turn their concerns into lifetime loyalty.
- Work with travel partners to ensure world-class experiences for our guests.
- Maximize our online reputation through internal and external online reviews.
- Ensure customer loyalty and turn first-time travelers into lifetime promoters.
- Work with our Customer Experience team to ensure world-class experiences.

- This is a senior level position, previous experience in customer service and/or marketing is required.

Q: Are you a call center?
A: No. Like all e-commerce companies, we have a contact center as part of our operation, where we make our customers' vacation dreams come true. We service our customers by phone, chat, email, WhatsApp and social media. We are NOT an outsource or third-party like a call center - we sell only our own products and services and service to our own customers. You will work together in the same office space with Marketing, Development, Training, Administration, and other departments.
Q: What is the Salary of the position?
A: Salary will depend on your qualifications but in the "teens". We typically pay above market for all our positions.
Q: What would be my Work Schedule?
A: Work schedule is typically Monday thru Friday but may vary depending on the needs of the company and your personal preferences.
