Main Purpose

The Logistics Excellence Specialist will lead and support the transformation of our regional transportation and distribution operations by implementing digitalization and standardization initiatives that strengthen efficiency and end-to-end logistics performance. This role will focus on driving the rollout of SAP warehouse and transportation management systems across multiple countries, as well as managing key transportation and distribution projects to ensure streamlined operations, service reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Global Transportation Management System (TMS) project.
• Collaborate with global and local teams.
• Analyze transportation performance and optimize key processes.
• Execute regional improvements in customer experience within Distribution.
• Drive digitalization and e-commerce initiatives with customers.
• Conduct transportation benchmarking and share best practices.
• Analyze and support sustainability and logistics transparency initiatives.
• Create and optimize Distribution and Warehousing reports.
• Promote a strong safety culture in logistics and transportation operations.
• Provide support to global projects.
• Analyze and optimize inventory strategies.
• Lead improvements in warehouse layout, capacity, and efficiency.
• Implement, enhance, and standardize SAP WM/EWM at a regional level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
  .
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
• Experience in
  transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations
  within regional or global environments.
• Proven participation in or leadership of
  logistics, transportation, or systems implementation projects
  .
• Solid knowledge of
  SAP Warehouse Management (WM/EWM)
  and logistics process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in
  multicultural and cross-functional teams
  .
• Strong communication skills and proactive stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
