Buscamos un profesional proactivo, organizado y orientado a resultados, capaz de liderar estrategias comerciales en plataformas globales, fidelizar clientes y construir un pipeline sólido para impulsar el crecimiento.

¿Qué harás?

  • Gestionar ventas en plataformas de e-commerce internacionales.
  • Desarrollar pipeline de clientes y estrategias de fidelización.
  • Ejecutar campañas comerciales apoyadas en marketing digital (Meta Ads, Google Ads, estrategias orgánicas en RRSS).
  • Implementar embudos automatizados y email marketing para mejorar la conversión.
  • Aplicar IA y herramientas tecnológicas para optimizar procesos y resultados.
  • Mantenerte a la vanguardia en tendencias de e-commerce y marketing digital.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en e-commerce y ventas digitales.
  • Experiencia mímina de 6 meses en atención al cliente.
  • Manejo de Meta Ads y Google Ads.
  • Conocimiento en plataformas de e-commerce internacionales.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel, Power Bi, Tableau, Looker Studio)
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo objetivos claros y métricas.
  • Proactividad, adaptabilidad y excelente organización.
  • Formación técnica o universitaria afín al puesto.

Lugar de trabajo:

Santiago de Surco, Lima, Perú – Modalidad presencial

Lunes a Sábado de 9 a 5pm
