We are currently looking for a Sales Intern to join our global team

If you are eager to gain hands-on experience in commercial processes, support proposal preparation, and contribute to strengthening client engagement, this opportunity is for you

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

  • Support the preparation of quotations, and other commercial documents by gathering required information, coordinating inputs with cross-functional teams, and maintaining updated records on clients, pricing, and proposal details.
  • This role may involve collaborating with regional teams to support commercial activities across different markets.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as follow-up communication, opportunity tracking, and organizing commercial files and records.
  • Participate in basic client communication under supervision, providing information or coordinating documentation as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Commercial team to help maintain an efficient and organized workflow.
  • Ensure confidentiality, proper handling of information, and compliance with ALGI's policies and internal procedures.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in proposal development, commercial support, and client-facing processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
