Salary Range: USD monthly

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Service Request Management: Process and prioritize incoming resident and property manager maintenance requests received via digital systems (e.g., property management software, email).
  • Vendor Coordination: Dispatch and schedule external vendors and in-house technicians for repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring alignment with service agreements and property-specific needs.
  • Digital Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records of all maintenance work orders, communications, invoices, and repair history in the property management system.
  • Follow-Up and Quality Control: Conduct digital follow-ups (email, phone, chat) with residents and vendors to confirm work completion and ensure quality of service.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Review vendor invoices for accuracy against approved work orders and submit them for payment processing.
  • Communication: Serve as a clear and professional digital liaison between residents, property managers, maintenance staff, and vendors.
  • Emergency Support: Assist in coordinating urgent and after-hours maintenance responses as needed, leveraging remote communication tools.

Skills:

  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Google Workspace/MS Office, and video conferencing tools
  • Comfortable working fully in cloud-based environments and using digital tools for task management, communication, and record-keeping (e.g., email, shared docs, VoIP)
  • Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities; able to think quickly under pressure
  • Excellent phone handling, active listening, and adaptability to diverse personalities
  • Independent yet collaborative, with proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in remote settings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–4 years of experience in customer service or property management.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
  • High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
  • Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

Setting: Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday - Business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: S/.3, S/.4,080.00 per month
