Your next challenge:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and a commercial strategic plan to achieve all of our business objectives.
- Oversee Pluxee Peru's sales activities and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies.
- Manage relationships with key customers and partners (B2B).
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales (hunter and farmer) team.
You're a match
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in B2B environments, preferably within digital industries such as fintech, technology, payments, or e-commerce.
- 10+ years of experience in sales management.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience reporting directly to the General Manager or Executive Board is highly valued.
- Experience in global or multinational companies is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Core competencies: Strategic vision, long-term perspective, teamwork, close collaboration with Marketing, and strong leadership.
