• 2 days per week in office.

The Opportunity
You will support the implementation, configuration and reliable operation of systems and applications, including hardware components such as servers and storages. Other responsibilities include installing, upgrading and/or researching new components or tools that will be needed for future company projects, troubleshooting and providing technical support on projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain base systems and infrastructure.
• Supports the team in technology deployment and services.
• Arrange installations and upgrades in accordance with change policies.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive system configuration including appropriate documentation and support.
• Install new releases, system updates and improvements.
• Evaluate and install patches and resolve problems related to the servers used by the company.
• Research new products and technologies that help or are involved in the company's initiatives.
• Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimal performance levels
• Conduct routine system audits.
• Suggest and help implement policies and procedures related to data storage.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Participate in the rotating shift system with other team members.

Qualifications

• Solid intermediate to advanced English level.
• Experience managing servers in a VMware, Linux environment.
• Implementation and services management on AWS.
• Servers and services deployment and configuration automation with tools like Ansible or Terraform.
• Experience integrating technological solutions oriented to IT infrastructure services.
• Proficiency with various storage design and management versions/platforms (SAN and NAS).
• Experience installing, configuring, managing and supporting server and storage infrastructure equipment.
• Proficiency implementing best practices for infrastructure optimization.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM or similar Hypervisors.
• Knowledge of servers, data storage systems, monitoring, alerts, synchronization and optimization, including specifications and documentation.
• Know system security principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform or related automation tools.
