About the Role

The Talent Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in fueling the Edge Talent Marketplace by designing and executing an omnichannel marketing strategy that attracts, nurtures, and converts high-quality global talent applicants.

You'll drive the digital marketing engine behind Edge's talent supply growth- leading SEO, content, and performance marketing efforts while partnering cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Paid Media, and Creative teams to improve candidate quality, reduce CPA, and elevate the Edge brand for global jobseekers.

This role will directly manage one Social Media Associate and potentially social media agencies where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Talent Marketing Strategy


• Develop and continuously refine an omnichannel acquisition strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels (TikTok, Meta, Google Search, YouTube, Email, SEO, and Influencer).


• Translate Edge's brand promise into compelling talent-facing messaging that builds trust and communicates opportunity, fairness, and growth.


• Partner closely with the Talent Marketplace team to align channel pacing, quality mix, and supply forecasts by industry (Medical, Insurance, Dental).

Lead and Optimize Digital Marketing Execution


• Manage and optimize performance and brand campaigns targeting bilingual professionals in LATAM and Asia.


• Maintain disciplined tracking (UTMs, dashboards) and performance analytics across CPA, conversion rates, and cost-per-qualified-applicant.


• Oversee AI-SEO, Gen-AI SEO and SEO initiatives (Spanish and English) to lift organic traffic and intent-based conversions.


• Lead email and CRM campaigns for reactivation, referral, and win-back programs, ensuring consistent lifecycle communication.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration


• Manage, mentor, and grow the Social Media Associate, ensuring quality, velocity, and brand consistency in content output.


• Collaborate with Paid Media Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Creative to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.


• Partner with Data/Analytics and TA Ops teams to evolve the Talent Funnel Dashboard—ensuring real-time insights into supply generation performance.

Test, Measure, and Systematically Improve


• Build and maintain a performance dashboard to track cost, volume, quality, and mix across all sourcing channels.


• Run regular optimization sprints (creative testing, messaging refinement, retargeting logic) to improve ROI.


• Contribute to quarterly forecasts and review sessions to ensure sustained, balanced talent supply aligned to client demand.

Steady Growth:
Continuous month-over-month increase in qualified talent applicants with CPA ≤ $100.



Quality Mix:
Balanced 60/24/16 applicant mix (Medical/Insurance/Dental).



Conversion Efficiency:
Lift in assisted applies (+25–40%) through brand-aware cohorts.



Brand Health:
Improved brand search/direct traffic and higher female bilingual engagement (+15–20%).



Cross-Functional Impact:
Demonstrated collaboration with Talent Marketplace, Paid Media, and Recruiting teams leading to improved forecasting accuracy (±10%).

What We're Looking For



Experience:
6+ years in digital, performance, or growth marketing, ideally with experience in talent acquisition, marketplace, or B2C lead generation.



Strategic Acumen:
Strong understanding of full-funnel acquisition, candidate journeys, and conversion optimization.



Analytical Rigor:
Proficient in marketing analytics, dashboards, and channel attribution.



Content Mindset:
Skilled in shaping creative and messaging for social, email, and web to resonate with emerging-market professionals.



Leadership:
Proven experience managing team members or creative contributors; able to influence across departments.



Tools:
Comfortable with marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), CRM/automation tools, and productivity platforms (Notion, Slack).



Language:
Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency highly preferred.
