POSITION TITLE:
Software Programmer

PAY RANGE:
1000$(US) to 1500$(US) a month depending on experience and level of programming expertise.

SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday, 8 Hour daily shift, 40 Hours per week.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This role exists to
maintain, support, and take ownership of the RMS (Renaissance Management System) application

, allowing senior engineers to focus on higher-priority initiatives and AI development.

The primary responsibility is to ensure the RMS app is
stable, reliable, and up to date

on a daily basis. This includes monitoring data updates, fixing routine bugs, improving small features when needed, and proactively identifying issues before they impact users.

This is a
support and ownership role

, not a research or experimental AI position. Involvement in advanced AI or modeling projects (GBM, LVM3, etc.) may be considered
only after

strong performance and reliability are demonstrated.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should meet most of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Solid experience with:

Python 3

Pandas

SQLAlchemy

Plotly / Dash

HTML

  • Experience using
    GitHub

for version control and collaborative development
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data validation
- Basic, practical exposure to AI / Machine Learning concepts (not the primary focus of the role)

Additional relevant experience is welcome and will be considered.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Take
    day-to-day ownership of the RMS application

, ensuring it remains operational, accurate, and stable
- Monitor application data and verify that daily data updates are running correctly
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix routine bugs and data issues
- Implement small improvements and optimizations to existing features when appropriate
- Assist in improving reliability, including:

Basic data health checks

Simple daily or scheduled validation mechanisms

  • Refactor existing Python code to improve clarity, performance, and maintainability
  • Use GitHub to manage code changes, track issues, and collaborate with the team
  • Communicate clearly about issues, fixes, and system status

Important Note:

  • This role is
    not primarily an AI or modeling position
  • The main expectation is
    reliability, ownership, and consistency
  • Growth into higher-priority or AI-focused projects is
    possible
