About the Role

We're looking for a
bilingual Operations & Strategy Director
— a sharp, execution-minded strategist who thrives on turning fast-moving ideas into structured, scalable systems.

You'll work directly with the Founder of
Berelvant
— an AI-driven marketing and technology firm operating across the U.S. and Latin America.

This is a senior leadership role. You'll be the bridge between vision and execution — responsible for ensuring the company operates like a machine while expanding across multiple verticals.

Your Mission

To build operational clarity, accountability, and scale across a rapidly growing portfolio of projects — spanning marketing, creative, AI automation, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and optimize the operational systems that drive performance across teams and ventures.
  • Manage project execution across creative, marketing, and technology workflows.
  • Act as the strategic liaison between U.S. leadership and LATAM teams.
  • Lead weekly reviews, prioritize initiatives, and ensure clear accountability.
  • Translate complex business goals into structured action plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Build dashboards (ClickUp, Notion, or similar) to track KPIs, pipeline, and team productivity.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps — then eliminate them.

You Are

  • Bilingual:
    Fluent in English and Spanish — comfortable leading meetings, writing documentation, and reporting in both languages.
  • Operationally brilliant:
    You build clarity, systems, and discipline in fast-paced creative environments.

    You understand marketing, growth, and automation — and can align them operationally.
  • Leader:
    You can manage teams, handle founders, and command respect.
  • Analytical:
    You make decisions grounded in data, not guesswork.
  • Tech-comfortable:
    You know ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, and can speak the language of tools like or Zapier.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in operations, strategy, or project leadership roles (preferably in marketing, creative, or tech sectors).
  • Experience managing remote, cross-border teams.
  • Proven record of building or optimizing systems for scale.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English (interviews will be conducted in English).

Details

  • Location:
    Remote (preferably based in Peru or LATAM)
  • Hours:
    20–25 hrs/week (flexible, with overlap in U.S. Eastern time)
  • Type:
    Contract / Fractional, with potential for full-time leadership track
  • Compensation:
    USD $1,800–$2,400/month depending on experience and impact
  • Interview Language:
    English
