Yango Group is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lima, Peru. In this role, you will help achieve user and partner acquisition and retention targets by planning and executing marketing initiatives across online and offline channels. You will also ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery while improving cost efficiency and maximizing ROI.*
You will be responsible for:
- Executing marketing campaigns focused on user and partner acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using key KPIs and data analysis tools
- Managing marketing communications and promotions across multiple channels, including in-app messaging, social media, paid media, and offline
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Social Media, Performance, PR, and Operations teams to align campaign activities with company objectives
- Handling marketing-related administrative duties such as payments and vendor management
You might be a fit if you have:
- Strong English fluency, both written and spoken
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing
- A strong command of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
- Experience managing campaigns across digital, social media, paid media, and offline channels
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously
- Preferred: Previous experience in tech, delivery services, ride-hailing, or similar industries
