Misión:

Contribuye al éxito general del equipo de Business Planning y garantiza que todas las estrategias de negocios, planes e iniciativas se lleven a cabo o se cumplan de conformidad con las normas, políticas y procedimientos internos vigentes.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Profesional graduado de las carreras de: Administración, Economía, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial.
  • Estudios de Post Grado: Especialización en Administración, Economía o Finanzas.
  • Experiencia Interna: 4 años en puestos de Finanzas, Planeamiento Financiero,
  • Experiencia Externa:4 años laborando como líder en entidades del Sistema Financiero en puestos de Finanzas.
  • Conocimientos específicos funcionales (todos en nivel avanzado):

¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?

  • Lidera y conduce una cultura centrada en el cliente para todo su equipo a fin de profundizar las relaciones con los clientes y aprovechar las amplias relaciones del Banco, así como sus sistemas y conocimientos.
  • Analizar mensualmente el estado de resultados y balance en contabilidad IFRS de la Banca Corporativa, Banca Comercial & Institucional y los productos que lo impactan
  • Participa en el proceso de Profit Plan y 5Y Plan en coordinación con el equipo local: Finanzas y GRM; y, con el equipo de BNS: GBM, Commercial Banking, GRM y Capital Management
  • Elabora los modelos de proyección de ingresos para el forecast de la Banca Corporativa y la Banca Comercial & Institucional
  • Revisa el forecast de la Banca Corporativa y la Banca Comercial & Institucional en las líneas de provisiones y gastos que proyecta el equipo de GRM Peru y Finanzas Peru
  • Elabora los resultados financieros del mes, forecast, Profit Plan y 5Y Plan para el VP Banca Corporativa & Mercado de Capitales y la VP Banca Comercial & Institucional
  • Realiza las estimaciones de cierre de mes de los ingresos de la Banca Corporativa y la Banca Comercial & Institucional
  • Elabora las explicaciones de los resultados de la Banca Corporativa y la Banca Comercial & Institucional en contabilidad local para el Directorio de Scotiabank Peru
  • Participa en el desarrollo y lidera la implementación de proyectos para mejorar los modelos de medición y control de gestión de acuerdo al portafolio asignado.
