As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Fertility, you will act as a trusted scientific partner in the field, building strong relationships with external experts and healthcare professionals. Your mission is to exchange accurate, evidence-based scientific information to ensure the optimal use of our Company's assets and ultimately improve patient care. You will also gather and share insights that inform our strategy and activities.
Your Rol
- Understand and apply local field medical strategies aligned with country, regional, and global medical plans.
- Collect and communicate expert opinions, medical insights, and R&D concepts from external stakeholders to influence strategic direction.
- Maintain deep scientific knowledge of the assigned therapeutic area, including disease states, research advances, approved treatments, and investigational therapies.
- Lead or contribute to field medical activities across defined launch and asset strategies.
- Develop and implement territory medical plans with assigned healthcare professionals.
- Deliver complex scientific information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Report adverse events and quality issues promptly to the appropriate internal teams.
- Ensure operational excellence by sharing best practices and medical perspectives internally.
- Continuously strengthen skills for scientific interactions, both in-person and virtual, leveraging technology and communication best practices.
- Complete all required internal and external training successfully.
- Comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), company SOPs, policies, and local regulations.
- May develop medical materials, review content, and provide medical training.
- Provide comprehensive scientific education on disease states, therapeutic options, and research advances to enhance stakeholder understanding.
- Deliver accurate, timely scientific information on Company assets, tailored to stakeholder needs, ensuring safe and appropriate use.
- Share balanced, up-to-date information on investigational therapies in compliance with global and local standards.
Your Profile
- Medical degree (mandatory) with experience in the pharmaceutical industry and local regulatory knowledge.
- Advanced scientific postgraduate degree (e.g., Master's, PhD, PharmD) – desirable.
- Strong background in clinical research and Good Clinical Practice.
- Previous experience as an MSL – desirable.
- Experience in endocrinology or fertility – desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to interpret medical literature.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
