Primary Teaching Assistants - February 2026
Markham College is seeking a collaborative and inspirational teaching assistant to work full time in the Early Years Section starting February 2026. The successful candidate will work with students from 3-6 years old guiding their education, supporting the Teachers and wider school life by participating in extracurricular activities and the like. The ideal candidate would have experience working with children and a degree in Education, Psychology or a relevant field. This position is to specifically support classes taught in English, thus candidates must have a minimum of FCE level of English or equivalent.
Established in 1946, Markham College is a bilingual Peruvian international school with a British Heritage. We are a non-profit, co-ed day school for children from 3-18 years of age. Our vision is to empower everyone to be agents of positive change in Peru and beyond. Aligned with our IBDP and IGCSE curriculum in Secondary, we are adopting the PYP curriculum for our Primary students. In Early Years we follow the British National Curriculum.
