MISIÓN DEL PUESTO: Diseñar, construir y mantener sistemas de datos de riesgos eficientes y escalables para mejorar la gestión integral de riesgos en Caja Ica. FUNCIONES: Diseñar y mantener la infraestructura y arquitectura para el análisis y modelamiento de datos. Integrar datos estructurados y no estructurados, buscando oportunidades para nuevas adquisiciones. Diseñar y ejecutar controles que aseguren la calidad, integridad y disponibilidad de los datos. Monitorear y optimizar el rendimiento de bases de datos y sistemas de almacenamiento. Proponer el plan de datos de riesgos. Diseñar, implementar y ejecutar procesos ETL y pipelines para ingesta y almacenamiento de datos. Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y riesgos para entregar soluciones personalizadas. Elaborar informes sobre riesgos y oportunidades de mejora. REQUISITOS: Título profesional o bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencia de Datos o carrera afín. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares. Conocimientos en administración de bases de datos, business analytics y programas como Ms Office, SQL Server, PySpark, SSIS y Selenium. COMPETENCIAS: Pensamiento analítico. Razonamiento deductivo. Recopilación y análisis de información. SE OFRECE: Remuneración acorde al mercado. Oportunidades de desarrollo y capacitación continua.
