At Rec01 Studios , we are looking for a Studio Operations Analyst (OPE) to join our growing team and help ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality performance on our studio floor. As part of our team in San Isidro, Lima , you'll be responsible for supervising live studio operations, auditing compliance with gameplay procedures, and being the primary point of contact for reporting any issues to the Operations Manager . This is a full-time, on-site position with a fixed schedule from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am , six days a week with one fixed day off , offering a monthly salary of S/. 2,500 PEN plus additional benefits. Key Responsibilities Supervise studio activity and ensure compliance with operational procedures. Detect, document, and report any incidents to the Operations Manager for timely resolution. Perform random audits and deliver detailed reports to the operations team. Enforce and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), resolving errors accordingly. Support efficiency initiatives and cost-reduction strategies. Execute instructions from the Operations Manager. Monitor studio operations via CCTV. Approve in-system actions and assist supervisors via radio. Analyze operational errors and generate reports. Carry out additional duties as assigned. Requirements Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related fields . Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or in positions involving team leadership. Advanced English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
