About Us
At Core5 Group, we provide operational and administrative support to U.
S. construction companies. We are seeking a Civil Engineer to coordinate construction planning, scheduling, and project control from our office in Peru.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate weekly construction schedules and workforce assignments with field supervisors.
• Develop and update project schedules, 3–6 week Lookahead plans, and weekly work plans.
• Monitor daily project progress, task completion, and construction deadlines.
• Manage construction workers, including staff schedules, clock-in/clock-out records, and billable labor hours.
• Monitor labor costs, crew productivity, and schedule deviations.
• Communicate directly with U.
S. supervisors and prepare project progress and compliance reports. Requirements
• Civil Engineering student in final semesters or a Civil Engineering graduate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, and project control.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Knowledge of Lean Construction, Last Planner System, PPC, and constraint management.
• Proficiency in MS Project and advanced Excel.
• Primavera P6 and Power BI are a plus. Benefits

Working hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Opportunity to work on construction and remodeling projects in the United States.
• Monthly
salary:
S/ 2,000 – S/ 3,000, depending on the candidate's experience.
