• Position: Recruitment Specialist
• Work Arrangement: 100% remote from LATAM
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding for selected candidates.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize hiring needs according to business requirements.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams to meet staffing needs.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and the overall candidate experience. Qualifications and Expectations
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and vacancies simultaneously.
• A proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• Experience in BPO, staffing, recruitment, or language services is highly valued.
• We are looking for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while consistently meeting recruitment targets and supporting our growing team.
