About The Role
We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media professional to lead and optimize our paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. This role owns the full funnel — from ad spend to pipeline impact — and works closely with design, content, and sales to turn budget into revenue. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Manage the advertising budget and allocate spend across channels based on performance
- Define audiences, segmentation, and bidding strategies for each platform
- Create and test copy, creative, and landing page variations in collaboration with the design and content teams
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, pixels, Conversions API, UTMs)
- Analyze full-funnel metrics — from impression to booked meeting or closed deal
- Report on results with a focus on cost per lead, cost per meeting, and ROAS
- Propose and continuously run A/B tests (audiences, formats, copy, landing pages)
- Coordinate with the sales team to close the loop between ad spend and revenue Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns in B2B environments
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite
- Proven experience managing significant budgets (not just test campaigns)
- Solid knowledge of tracking and attribution: GTM, pixels, CAPI, attribution models
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, not assumptions
- Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to measure real pipeline impact
- Advanced English (target market is the US) Nice to Have
- Experience with BI tools or dashboards (Looker Studio, Supermetrics, etc.)
- Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
- Experience with Webflow or other landing page tools
- Background working at startups, staffing agencies, or B2B SaaS companies Contractor agreement: Part-time (20 hours per week) If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume
