- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, QA Engineer, or similar
- Experience with digital products such as web, mobile, customer portals, or SaaS
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to write detailed user stories and testable acceptance criteria
- Experience working with Agile, cross-functional teams
- Comfortable collaborating with developers and architects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- QA/testing experience is a plus Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and gather business and customer requirements
- Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and edge cases
- Partner with UX, Engineering, QA, Legal, and business teams
- Support backlog prioritization, roadmap, and release planning
- Drive features from discovery through delivery and adoption
- Evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
