L is a digital company specializing in the creation and monetization of subscription websites. We manage the entire lifecycle of a digital project, from conception to publication, including maintenance and operation. We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of our financial and accounting operations. This is a key role that directly supports the CEO and contributes to strategic decision-making through rigorous financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver P&L reports and other relevant financial reports to the CEO, contributing to strategic and operational decisions.
- Manage, supervise, and plan the entire accounting cycle, setting up and maintaining analytical accounting using HOLDED or similar software.
- In coordination with our external accountant, handle monthly accounting tasks including P&L and balance sheet entries, annual closing, and financial audits.
- Oversee tax declarations in different countries, ensuring full compliance with all legal obligations (VAT, corporate tax, etc.).
- Build, monitor, and analyze key financial and operational KPIs to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities. Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics , or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a financial/accounting role, ideally in fast-paced digital or service-oriented companies.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations in Europe .
- Experience with HOLDED (or similar ERP/accounting software) and confidence managing full-cycle accounting.
- Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting; ability to present financial data clearly and effectively.
- Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English are mandatory; French is a strong plus. Soft Skills
