The Role:
Design, develop and implement exceptional technical solutions, with little to no guidance Utilize best practices for Pega development, QA, and security Work in an agile environment that values frequent releases and fast feedback from stakeholders Work with a team of peers to brainstorm and build high quality solutions Contribute to architectural design discussions and build reusable components Demonstrate technical knowledge by mentoring junior team members Work with Subject Matter Experts, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders in scoping and sizing technical requirements
