Deine Aufgaben
Du optimierst sprachbasierte Kundenprodukte und Self-Services auf den Plattformen: Online-Banking, App, Call-Center. Indem Du fachliche Konzepte für unsere Services im Bereich Conversational AI entwickelst, Anforderungen in User Stories für neue Produkte und Prozesse übersetzt und Run&Change-Themen aufgreifst, zeigst Du uns, wie’s geht. Weitsichtig bringst Du Dich in unser Stakeholdermanagement ein, denkst Governance-Themen weiter und arbeitest dabei immer direkt mit den IT Engineers zusammen. Agil managst Du unser Backlog, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und hast bei der Suche nach neuen Lösungen und Innovationen stets das eine Auge auf den Markt und das andere auf die Qualität gerichtet. Auch in der Prozessoptimierung ist auf Dich Verlass und Du hinterlässt Deinen Footprint. Ob es um Business oder IT, um die Kundenbrille oder die Perspektive der Bank geht – Du bringst es in einen praktikablen und innovativen Einklang.Dein Profil
Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT und erste Berührungspunkte mit Virtual Assistant Platforms Praxis in der Erstellung von User Stories, in der (agilen) Projektarbeit und im Prozessdesign Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Google-Konversationsdialoge oder Know-how im Aufbau von Tools und Systemen Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität, innovativem und agilem Mindset Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten Kommunikationstalent und fähig, bereichsübergreifend und konzeptionell zu denken Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und SchriftFreu Dich auf zahlreiche Benefits
