The Integration Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects related to Oracle Fusion system including integration of various systems, applications, and technologies using Oracle Fusion Middleware and related integration tools. 

The Integration Analyst shall also be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful migration of data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts to ensure accurate, complete, and secure migration of data while minimizing disruptions to business operations. Person shall work with Technical Manager on data migration strategy, design, execution, and validation efforts.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Integration Strategy and Planning: Help define integration strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration requirements and priorities. Integration Design and Architecture: Work closely with business and technical teams to design integration solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware and integration technologies. Create integration architecture and design documents, considering scalability, security, and performance. Data Migration Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with business units and IT teams to understand data migration requirements, scope, and objectives. Help develop a comprehensive data migration strategy that aligns with business needs and regulatory requirements. Data Mapping and Transformation: Lead the analysis of source data from legacy systems, identifying data structures, relationships, and potential challenges. Develop data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accurate data migration to Oracle Fusion applications. Data Validation and Testing: Help develop testing methodologies to validate data accuracy, integrity, and completeness during the migration process. Coordinate testing efforts, including data validation and reconciliation, and manage data-related issues. Technical Leadership: Support a team of integration developers and engineers, report developers and analysts, data migration analysts, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support. Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent integration practices and standards. Help define best practices for report development, data visualization, and user experience. System Integration: Oversee the development, configuration, and testing of integration interfaces between Oracle Fusion applications, third-party systems, and databases. Ensure seamless data flow, real-time synchronization, and efficient communication. Middleware Management: Manage Oracle Fusion Middleware components and configurations, ensuring high availability and performance. Monitor middleware health, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary optimizations. Data Quality and Cleanup: Identify and address data quality issues in the source systems prior to migration. Implement data cleanup and enrichment processes to improve data quality in Oracle Fusion applications. Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data governance policies during the migration process. Implement data masking, encryption, and anonymization techniques as needed. Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to leverage their expertise in integration & reporting technologies. Engage with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and provide regular updates. Quality Assurance: Help establish testing strategies and methodologies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of integration solutions. Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing. Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration solutions, report specifications, data mappings, including design specifications, mapping documents, and technical guides. Create and maintain documentation of data migration plans, data mappings, transformation rules, and validation procedures. Document data migration processes and lessons learned for future reference. Provide training to technical and non-technical stakeholders on integration processes and best practices. Change Management: Manage changes to integration solutions, ensuring proper version control, documentation, and communication to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Certification in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, and other relevant Oracle Fusion Middleware components. Certification in data migration tools and technologies, ETL processes, and data transformation methodologies. Bilingual English/Spanish, able to speak and write English and Spanish fluently.

EXPERIENCE

Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, and other relevant Oracle Fusion Middleware components. Strong understanding of integration design patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, and JSON Extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion, including implementation, configuration, and support. Extensive experience in integration roles focused on Oracle Fusion Middleware and related technologies. Strong understanding of data modeling, data structures, and data visualization best practices. Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools. Extensive experience with data management, reporting, and analytics within Oracle Fusion Financials & EPM. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience in training technical team and providing support for Oracle Fusion.
