JOB SUMMARY:

Be the support for the operations and maintenance areas in technical and administrative issues to carry out the various activities such as support in the maintenance of equipment, and support in the purchasing process (Support with the purchasing process, and support for the works maintenance)

The position is based in Pacasmayo, La Libertad, Peru

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Support

Request information, prepare documents for new suppliers, for Compliance request and Vendor creation. Frequent updating of Compliances, Vendors, etc. Carry out the logistical processes (request for quote, creation of comparative tables, analysis of proposals) of the plants for the purchases of goods or execution of maintenance, environmental and health and safety services. Send the necessary documentation for the purchase request (PO). Prepare documents for requesting purchase orders for annual recurring services. Verify validity of contracts, to carry out the renewal process of these. Confirm in SAP and verify purchase order approval process, supplier data. Budget control of the O&M area. Be the contact between Finance and Operations to prepare the annual budget. Support to other areas in IT requirements and others that are needed. Register, verify supplier invoices and Petty Cash. Quote OPEX and CAPEX jobs that require local offers.

Maintenance Support

Carry out predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the distribution, transformation, control and protection equipment of the substation and transmission lines. Prepare maintenance procedures. Write technical maintenance reports and report equipment failures according to current procedures. Review contractors' proposals and work procedures, as well as supervise and control their maintenance activities, enforcing the procedures established by the Company. Carry out periodic inspections of equipment and facilities in general, to detect deficiencies and abnormal conditions outside of tolerances, or regulatory non-compliance. Carry out inventories and prepare requests for materials and tools for the execution of maintenance work. Execute the relevant administrative activities for the operation of the Wind Plant. Provide technical support to new projects.

Comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) policy. Comply with Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental standards. Perform other related or complementary functions as indicated by your immediate superior.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

Student or Bachelor in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering, electrical technician or related careers. Preferably experience in some of the training areas indicated. (Not essential) Microsoft Office (Excel - intermediate or advanced) Intermediate English (Preferred) Management to work under pressure. Good communication skills Good skills to work in high performance teams.

This position reports hierarchically to the Site Leader
