Deine Aufgaben
Als IT-Business-Analyst bringst Du uns aufs nächste Level. Wie? Indem Du das neue Girokonto Kids konzipierst und erfolgreich einführst. Dazu entwickelst Du neue Features, definierst Geschäftsprozesse und übernimmst auch für den zukünftigen Betrieb die Verantwortung. End-to-End und ganzheitlich: Wenn es um die passenden Software-Entwicklungsprozesse geht, bist Du voll involviert, erstellst und bewertest technische Konzepte, von der Umsetzung über das Testing bis hin zur Live-Stellung. Im Team gehst Du auf, arbeitest gekonnt agil und mit diversen Stakeholdern aus der gesamten Bank zusammen. Außerdem bringst Du Dich aktiv in bankübergreifende Projekte und Initiativen ein. Auch im Third-Level-Support können Deine Kolleg*innen bei Fragen und Problemen rund um den Applikationsbetrieb auf Dich zählen.Dein Profil
Studium der (Wirtschatfs-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Praxis im Aufbau und Betrieb von komplexen IT-Systemen Erfahrung in klassischer oder agiler Projektarbeit und Spaß an der Arbeit in einem Change-Umfeld Strukturierte, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Neugierig und interessiert an Themen, die Dich über den eigenen Tellerrand schauen lassen Hohe Lern- und Weiterentwicklungsbereitschaft und offen für neue Technologien Kommunikationsstark auf Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und SchriftFreu Dich auf zahlreiche Benefits
